At KAI FITNESS Autumn Holiday Camp, our answer is simple: Give them something new to look forward to, every single day.

Five Sports, Daily Rotation

Children thrive on variety and new challenges. That's why our Autumn Camp features a rotating daily focus:
- Monday: Swimming-specific physical training
- Tuesday: Skiing-specific physical training
- Wednesday: Golf-specific physical training
- Thursday: Basketball-specific physical training
- Friday: Soccer-specific physical training

Each day brings a new theme and a new way to move. Over one week, children are introduced to five different sports – helping them discover what they love while staying engaged and excited.

More Than Sport – Whole Child Development

Every session is built around three core components:
- Sport-Specific Physical Training: Develop foundational skills tailored to each sport.
- Comprehensive Fitness Training: Build strength, speed, explosive power, coordination, reaction time, and cardiovascular endurance.
- Self-Defense Techniques: Learn practical defense, counterattack, and pressure management skills – building confidence and resilience.

Flexible Options, Thoughtfully Designed
- Full-Day Camp: 09:00–16:00 (includes lunch, morning & afternoon tea)
- Half-Day Camp: 09:00–12:00 or 13:00–16:00 (includes tea)

Each day is structured with a healthy balance of training, play, rest, and nutrition. Meals are carefully planned to support energy and recovery.

- Pricing: Full-Day $169/day | Half-Day $119/day
